Machining represents one of Compucraft’s core processes. Between our conventional and CNC milling and turning, we offer a vast array of machining capabilities. We machine materials from Aluminum and Stainless Steel, to Inconel and Titanium.
CONVENTIONAL MACHINING
Our conventional machining department is made up of seven mills and three lathes. This allows us the ability have multiple jobs setup or single piece flow.
CNC MACHINING
Eight CNC milling machines include three, four, and five axis, with capabilities up to 36” wide x 120”. Our milling setup can machine hard solid material to thin leading edges and skins.
Two CNC lathes complement our CNC department to provide full service for our customers.
EDM (ELECTRICAL DISCHARGE MACHINING)
Our wire EDM provides addition capabilities for machining complex shapes and intricate shapes.
TOOLING
In addition to detail parts, our machining capabilities allows us to build tools for all of our internal manufacturing processes, as well as tooling for customers.
