In-house CNC, Conventional, and EDM machining services to custom-create pieces and assemblies for aerospace use. With spindle speeds of up to 25,000 revolutions per minute, advanced methods of machining for advanced products.
Flat pattern services of waterjet, turret punch and laser are further supported by our flexibility to deal with a wide variety of materials.
Welding of an expansive range of materials including titanium, aluminum, stainless steel, and many nickel alloys (inconel, waspaloy, and more). Welding options including TIG, MIG, spot and seam welding.

Our turnkey services are supported by a broad range of in-house processing capabilities, including passivation, chem film, prime and paint - all NADCAP accredited.
Our in-house heat treating processes allow us to process a variety of materials including Aluminum, Titanium, steel and nickel-based alloys, using a drop bottom furnace, two age ovens and walk in freezer, and a vacuum furnace.
For all of our DPD/MBD needs our engineering staff utilizes Catia, MasterCam, SurfCam, AutoCad and Capvidia to ensure all of our 3D models and programs meet customer requirements.
